Fermcap

Fermcap is an anti-foaming agent that can be used to reduce foaming in the boil and during primary fermentation. Use one drop per gallon to reduce krausen (and eliminate the need for a blowoff tube) during primary fermentation. Use 2-3 drops per gallon to significantly reduce the risk of a boil over during your boil.
