The Brewer's Pantry Bavarian Hefe is our example of the classic German Hefeweizen. Hazy golden straw colour with ample banana and clove flavours and aroma. Makes for a great summer sipper. Available in both Extract and All Grain.
With proper fermentation techniques the Brewer's Pantry Bavarian Hefe will make 5 gallons of beer at 4.5% abv.
