Using more hops than usual and a shortened boil, the Brewer's Pantry 15 minute IPA makes a great 60 IBU, golden IPA that is filled with the classic west coast hop flavours and aroma.
With proper fermentation techniques the Brewer's Pantry 15 minute IPA will make 5 gallons of beer at 5% abv.
