Danstar CBC-1 Cask & Bottle Conditioning Yeast (11g). This yeast is a single strain selected from the Lallemand yeast culture collection for refermentation. Preferably used in combination with priming sugars such as dextrose. The main feature of this conditioning yeast is that it does not affect the flavour of the original beer being refermented. CBC-1 is capable of refermenting beers up to 12-14% ABV. The yeast will settle and form a tight mat at the end of refermentation.
