Gelatin is a clarifying agent that removes tannins and chill haze from your beer. 1 teaspoon of gelatin will cleara 5 gallon batch of beer

To use: Disolve 1 teaspoon in preboiled warm water and add to keg or secondary fermentor. Beer needs to be cold when the gelatin is added.
